CANCELLATION POLICY

Giselbeauty Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change! To ensure we can accommodate all clients and maintain a smooth schedule, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations: • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 40% charge of the service booked. 2. No-Shows • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. 3. Late Arrivals • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a 50% fee of the booked service will be charged. 4. Rescheduling • Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated with no penalty. 5. Emergency Exceptions • We understand emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen situation, please contact us directly, and we will handle it case by case. 6. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of [$35] is required to book your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service total but will be forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed. Thank you for respecting our time and policies.
