CANCELLATION POLICY
Giselbeauty Booking & Cancellation Policy We value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. Please review our policies before booking. Appointments & Deposits A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service total. Deposits may be transferred once when rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Changes made within 48 hours are subject to a 40% fee of the booked service. Your deposit will be credited toward this fee. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service, including the deposit already paid. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling and are subject to a 50% fee of the booked service, including the deposit already paid. Emergencies We understand unexpected situations happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Service Satisfaction & Refunds All completed services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your results, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be offered following an assessment. Additional services, including removals, may incur a fee.
